Coming Mark of the Beast in France

A friend of mine in France wrote to me today and asked for prayer for the situation in France, which seems very grim indeed. Of course, we God always wins in the end but we must pray and seek Him especially for the salvation of the French people in these trying times.

Our President, Emmanuel Macron, has just imposed a new law introducing an almost generalized health pass (as of now, it is applied only to medical professions, but to be able to enter a venue, a place or a site, or a shop with more than 50 people, a health pass is required if you are over 12 years old), and will make vaccination mandatory from next September on. Employees can be fired if they do not have a health pass.

Because of protests throughout the nation, the health pass for food shops was dropped, but you can be sure that it will not be long until it is extended to even grocery stores and all businesses.

The moral pressure Macron exerts on people is so coercive that even Christians who know that the vaccines lead to the mark of the beast got or are tempted to get vaccinated.

This is really horrible. France has become a full-blown dictatorship.

We need prayer so as to be able to stand faithful to God in the midst of fierce persecution.

Update July 28, 2021 Another email received

We have been preparing ourselves for one year and a half to live excluded from society, and without any outcome, and we see this happening very quickly. Now we are in the process of selling our house in order to purchase another house located in the countryside and with a land of 1,800 m², which will enable us to survive when we cannot go to the grocery stores anymore. 

But the most difficult thing is the thought that the State can and intend to withdraw our children from us. Our President Emmanuel Macron is filled with the spirit of the Antichrist: at the same time as he prepares to vaccinate the entire population, he wants to forbid home-schooling. He targets the Christian population. None of his freedom-destroying and anti-Christian laws has been repelled by the legislators. A spirit of confusion and blindness is upon our politicians and the Church on the rule does not allow herself into the political arena. Thus no efficient resistance is offered anymore in spite of popular protests. 

It seems to us that the time is ripe for God’s judgment upon France, and the days ahead in France will be quite difficult. 

We have been teaching our children for several months to be prepared to live without us, and to take Christ as their treasure, their all in all… 6 months before the start of the so-called pandemics, my wife had a strong feeling that we had to leave our house, and she would tell me almost every day that we should seek a place of refuge.

Thank you for interceding for us at the throne of God.
