During the early first century Jesus was confronted many times by the Jewish religious leaders, scribes and Pharisees. They rejected His message, especially the fact that He claimed to be the Son of God and equal to God. Why was that?
They were Jews conversant in the scriptures. They were awaiting the arrival of their Jewish Messiah. Jesus performed many miracles which were undeniable yet the Pharisees rejected His message, as did the Apostle Paul until his Damascus road conversion (Acts 9).
Why was that? And why did the Jews reject Jesus as their Messiah? And they still do.
The Jewish Messiah that they are expecting comes from Israel, meaning he is a Jew. He has been awaited for three thousands years, and will establish anew the kingdom of David and will give the Jews an empire over all the earth. An earthly kingdom. Global government over all nations.
That is not what Jesus, the true Messiah, came for. He established God’s kingdom but not an earthly kingdom. His kingdom is in the hearts of men and women of all ethnic groups. It does not matter which race you derive from, or what your genetics are.
Jesus was talking to His disciples (John 14) and we read the following.
8 Philip said to Him, Lord, show us the Father, and it suffices us.
9 Jesus said to him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet have you not known Me, Philip? he that has seen Me has seen the Father; and how say you then, Show us the Father?
10 Believe you not that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? the words that I speak to you I speak not of Myself: but the Father that dwells in Me, he does the works.
11 Believe Me that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me: or else believe Me for the very works’ sake.
12 Truly, truly, I say to you, He that believes on Me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go to my Father.
13 And whatever you shall ask in My name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14 If you shall ask anything in My name, I will do it.
John 14:8-14
Perhaps the human mind cannot fully understand that God the Father could be in Jesus the God-man, and visa versa. But this passage tells us that the teaching of Jesus is that if we know Jesus the Son of God we know the Father also. We see the Father in Jesus.
It follows that you cannot know God the Father without knowing first the Son Jesus Christ. If you want to know the Father look to Jesus and He will show you the Father.
Not only that, Christ was manifest by His works, His miracles, miraculous signs. He promised that if we trust in Him we will do greater works that He did. This is because we have Him dwelling in us and He does the works through us.
Any self-identifying Christian who believes the Jews worship the same God as Jesus’ Father are grossly deceived. They believe another gospel. A gospel of error.
Only those faithful Jews who love Jesus, who know Him, also know and worship the Father. Those Jews who reject Jesus the Son do not know the Father. As a result they are under a delusion believing their God is God the Father.
If you want to show anyone the Father, i.e. those who claim to believe in God, the Creator of the universe, show them Jesus the Christ. This is the only way to know the Father.
The Jewish Messiah Will Come
However the Messiah, which the Jews are expecting, will come. He will be the tyrannical ruler they are expecting. God has been holding him back but will reveal him when it is His time to do so.
7 For the mystery of lawlessness already is working, only He is restraining now, until He comes out of the midst. 8 And then “the lawless one” will be revealed, “whom” “the Lord” “will consume” “by the spirit of His mouth,” and will bring to nought by the appearance of His presence.
2 Thessalonians 2:7-8 KJ3
The Jewish Messiah is the fleshly imitation of the true Messiah. The scriptures call him the lawless one. He has been referred to as the AntiChrist because he is the opposite of Christ. He is against Christ as most orthodox Jews are.
9 His coming is according to the working of Satan in all power and miraculous signs and lying wonders, 10 and in all deception of unrighteousness in the ones perishing, because they did not receive the love of the truth [i.e. Jesus the Messiah] in order for them to be saved.
2 Thessalonians 2:9-10 KJ3
Their Jewish Messiah is Satanic in his actions using deceptive signs and lying wonders. Modern AI and other tech could easily be used to produce ‘miraculous signs and lying wonders’. But because of their rejection of the true Messiah the Jews will be given their own Messiah but he cannot save them.
In this scripture, the Apostle Paul prophesied that those who accept the false Messiah will not be saved.
Christian Zionists believe that despite all the evil spoken against Jesus Christ by many modern day Jews, in Israel and elsewhere, that they will be saved anyway because they are Jews. It doesn’t matter what they do because they are chosen of God.
The message here is the opposite. Because they reject the true Messiah they are perishing. They are perishing now.
11 And because of this, God will send to them a working of error [strong delusion], for them to believe the lie, 12 that all may be judged, the ones not believing the truth, but being well-pleased in unrighteousness.
2 Thessalonians 2:11-14 KJ3
Because of their rejection of Jesus Christ as their true Messiah they are sent this strong delusion, the error of believing their ruler is the expected Messiah. He is a human with earthly power over the nations. And he works according to the power of Satan.
We saw this satanic power manifest so strongly during 2020-2022 with the mass delusion of the COVID pandemic and the billions of bioweapon shots (called vaccines) that have killed at least 50 million worldwide. Hundreds of millions more deaths are expected. The shots totally destroyed human fertility from which the global population may never recover.
Yet those who speak for Satan as their god say their bioweapon shots saved millions of lives. There is your ‘lying wonders’. Satan is the father of lies and those who speak for him only ever lie; they can speak no other way.
However the true follower of God says to the Lord Jesus ‘show us the Father’. Only Jesus Christ the Son of God can show us the Father. The Jews who do not love Jesus do not know the Father. For without Jesus no one can ever know the Father.

Yes, I have. I do have a few articles on Islam but I haven’t looked at it for many years now.

The world will be deceived by an imposter claiming to be Jesus.
If Israel is spiritual only, what is the meaning of the new earth in Revelation 21?
There is still 1,000 year reign when Jesus will reign with a specific group of martyrs. This period is yet to start because the martyrs don’t receive the mark of the beast, which in traditional Christian thinking is yet to be applied (at least in conventional Christian thinking).
Revelation 20:4 KJV
And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
It makes reasonable sense to have an expectation of the reign of the Messiah on the the earth, albeit that the fake must manifest first.

Briefly, Revelation 21, with the new earth is real alright. It is the only reality after the final judgment where the saved live with Christ in a new heavenly realm forever.
There is no 1000 year reign on earth after the great white throne judgment. The so-called ‘millennium’ is allegorical, a description of the period from Christ’s first coming to His second, in essence. It is what most of the believers and the intuitional church believed up until the early 1900s when Jesuit/Darby/Scofield started to influence the evangelicals with futurism, through the Illuminati Rothschild published Scofield Reference Bible.
