Prime Minister of Canada, Mark Carney, has just fast tracked a proposed law to make it illegal to read certain parts of the Bible. This is one element of the same World Economic Forum (WEF) agenda being introduced across the West, into the once Christian countries, but no longer.
A sweeping Liberal proposal that criminalizes portions of the Bible under Canada’s expanding “hate speech” regime is suddenly on the fast track after Prime Minister Mark Carney’s government secured support from the left-wing Bloc Québécois party.
The National Post reports that the separatist Bloc is now backing Bill C-9, the Combating Hate Act, following the Carney government’s decision to remove the carve-out for religious texts.
Carney, a World Economic Forum “agenda contributor,” has made the legislation a central part of his speech-policing agenda. [Check out his CV on WEF website.]
A recent report confirmed that both the Liberals and the Bloc Québécois want to amend Bill C-9 in a way that would “criminalize sections of the Bible, Quran, Torah, and other sacred texts,” Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre warned on X earlier this month.
Earlier this year, Liberal MP Marc Miller declared that certain passages of the Bible are “hateful” because they condemn homosexuality, and insisted that Canadians who recite them “should be jailed.” Miller has since been elevated to Carney’s cabinet.
The Liberal Party’s messaging has been unmistakable: quoting Scripture, especially passages affirming traditional sexual ethics, is being reframed as criminal behavior.

It is an attack on free speech but even more so it is a direct attack on the morality taught by our Lord. So in Canada it would seem that if you quote 1 Corinthians 6:9 or 1 Timothy 1:10, you will become a criminal and will be sent to prison.
9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous [wrongdoers] will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, 10 nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

The expression homosexuality used here is derived from a Greek word ἀρσενοκοίτης (arsenokoites; pronunciation: ar-se-no-KOI-tace) meaning a male homosexual, a sodomite. The phrase in bold type is translated from two Greek words which refer to both the active and passive partners in consensual homosexual acts. Consensual or not, like all the other listed sins in that passage, without repentance they will condemn you to hell in the next life.
But note the context of the passage. By coming to Jesus you can be washed clean from the stain of all those sins. In Christ there is redemption and salvation; hope for all mankind.
8 Now we know that the law is good, if one uses it lawfully, 9 understanding this, that the law is not laid down for the just but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for those who strike their fathers and mothers, for murderers, 10 the sexually immoral, men who practice homosexuality, enslavers, liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound [healthy] doctrine, 11 in accordance with the gospel of the glory of the blessed God with which I have been entrusted.

Or if you affirm traditional values like sexual relations only in marriage, between one man and one woman, that will also get you in deep trouble.
Jesus Christ affirmed marriage between a man (an adult male) and a woman (an adult female), there being no other sexes or genders according to the biblical texts.
4 But answering, He said to them, Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning “created them male and female”?

And He meant from the beginning of all creation that this has always been the case. Jesus quoted from Genesis.
27 And God created the man in His own image; in the image of God He created him. He created them male and female.

Both male and female were created in the image of God, meaning with His nature and His wholesome moral standards. No distortions of those moral standards are clean in the eyes of God. They are satanic.
Apparently Mark Carney is a homosexual which is not illegal but the practice is immoral and condemned by God. Remember Sodom and Gomorrah!
Also it is hugely suspicious when he is photographed (left) on Epstein’s island with known criminal, convicted-child-sex-trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell (middle). On the right is the actor Tom Hanks.
And why are these Western government leaders, Canadian PM Mark Carney, former Canadian PM Justin Trudeau, UK PM Sir Keir Starmer, and France’s President Emmanuel Macron, all homosexuals, pushing new laws to censor free speech under the guise of anti-hate speech laws? That includes targeting commentary on moral issues on transsexuals and homosexuals. Biblically those activities and practices are as much sinful as any other form of sexual immorality such as adultery, fornication etc.
All profane immoral activity is condemned by Jesus Christ. It is a satanic evil that has been warring against God since Adam’s sin against His Creator. That began with Satan’s temptation in the Garden of Eden. He tempted Adam and Eve with the “carrot” that they will become as gods with satanic knowledge.
4 And the serpent said to the woman, You shall not surely die: 5 For God does know that in the day you eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and you shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. 6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also to her husband with her; and he did eat. 7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

Their eyes were opened and hence they knew they were naked. That act opened them and all their offspring to all sorts of sexual perversions. The wisdom they received was not from God but from the serpent, Satan.
Now that lawless evil antichrist spirit is everywhere in the world.
3 And every spirit that confesses not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof you have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

It is plain to see that these so-called “anti-hate speech” laws are the pretext for more authoritarian control over society. Banning Bible passages, digitally erasing Bible verses or burning Bibles is only the beginning.
In 2025, the online Bible resource Bible Gateway became inaccessible in the UK and parts of the EU, reportedly due to technical issues linked to compliance with the UK’s Online Safety Act.
The UK case in 2022 which involved a Christian street preacher who cited 1 Corinthians 6:9–10 to a lesbian couple, led to a charge under the Public Order Act for potentially causing harassment, alarm, or distress. The case was dismissed due to the complainants not testifying, but the prosecutor’s remarks sparked debate about religious expression and freedom of speech.
Back in April 2018, Israel Folau, a former rugby union player for Australia, following a question about God’s plan for homosexuals, Folau responded that “Hell.. unless they repent of their sins and turn to God”. He later posted a widely shared Instagram meme quoting 1 Corinthians 6:9–10, which lists various sins including “homosexuals”, as quoted above. His social media post led to significant controversy and the termination of his contract with Rugby Australia.
Like slowly boiling the frog more and more anti-biblical laws and regulations will continue to be enacted because it is only in that book do you find opposition to the antichrist doctrines of devils. Already I read of the introduction of “age-appropriate” porn, also teachings in schools on bestiality and incest, under-age sex, pederasty and pedophilia.
Of course it will be all in the name of “safety and security”. Already it is leading to more destruction of the unborn, children, the family, the society and every other aspect of our once Christian order in a Orwellian dystopian world.
