Voice-to-Skull technology has been associated with MK-Ultra-type hypnosis, mind control and brainwashing of operatives or just manipulation of unsuspecting persons to carry out nefarious activities on the behalf of the deep-state intelligence agencies.
Some people report having heard voices in their head speaking to them, when there wasn’t anybody seen to do so. The voices might be trying to push them to commit a crime. Some might believe that God is speaking directly to them. Critics claim they are suffering from psychosis and need to consult their doctor.
This is no conspiracy theory. The technology has been around for a long time and uses well-known physics. It may be listed under non-lethal weapons and is given the acronym V2K. See for example here and here.
The following Definition defines two V2K technologies:
Nonlethal weapon, which includes:
- a neuro-electromagnetic device which uses microwave transmission of sound into the skull of persons or animals by way of pulse-modulated microwave radiation; and
- a silent sound device which can transmit sound into the skull of person or animals.
NOTE: The sound modulation may be voice or audio subliminal messages. One application of V2K is use as an electronic scarecrow to frighten birds in the vicinity of airports.
I discuss these technologies below. Social media has discussions around technology that could be used to influence someone to commit a crime like a mass shooting or to assassinate a President.
Both technologies share similar elements. They may be best understood from radio communication.
The earliest radio signal transmissions, an electromagnetic radiofrequency (RF) carrier signal is modulated with a lower frequency audio signal, which is generated by a microphone. A microphone is a mechanical device (a transducer) that converts acoustic, sound waves (voice or music) into an electromagnetic signal. This is ‘mixed’ with the carrier signal by either amplitude modulation (AM) or frequency modulation (FM), and transmitted through the air using an antenna.
A radio receiver picks up that modulated carrier signal with an antenna, demodulates it and recovers the audio signal and plays it through a speaker, which converts back the electromagnetic signal into an acoustic signal, a sound wave, which the ear drum converts back into an electrical signal and sends to the brain.
An audio (e.g. voice) message that could normally be heard by humans is transmitted from a speaker at audio frequencies of around 300 Hz to 4000 Hz. These are sound waves, not electromagnetic waves.
Pulse Modulated Microwave
Subject to available hardware, an audio frequency signal can be used to modulate any electromagnetic signal, which acts as a carrier like in the case of the radio transmitter. This is routinely done in physics labs and mixers have been invented that do this over a very wide range of frequencies. This I have had much experience with in my research career.
The lower frequency audio message can be electronically mixed onto higher frequency signals like in standard HF radio, or onto microwaves, or millimeter waves or even onto optical signals. This is standard in modern signal communication technology. Lasers are modulated this way and can transmit voice or music over long distances.
Here is a diagram of an ideal mixer. The Local Oscillator acts as the stable carrier signal. The Input Signal (the “message”) is combined in the Mixer with the Local Oscillator signal and output as the combined Output Signal.
The modulated microwave Output Signal, which is wholly an electromagnetic signal, is then transmitted through air using a microwave antenna to the recipient who can hear the message without any sound waves being used. The brain demodulates the microwave Output Signal and recovers the Input Signal (the “message”).
This is known as the microwave auditory effect, a neuro-electromagnetic phenomenon.
The microwave auditory effect, also known as the microwave hearing effect or the Frey effect, consists of the human perception of sounds induced by pulsed or modulated radio frequencies. The perceived sounds are generated directly inside the human head without the need of any receiving electronic device. The effect was first reported by persons working in the vicinity of radar transponders during World War II. In 1961, the American neuroscientist Allan H. Frey studied this phenomenon and was the first to publish information on the nature of the microwave auditory effect. The cause is thought to be thermoelastic expansion of portions of the auditory apparatus, although competing theories explain the results of holographic interferometry tests differently.
In the following video, the speaker admits that this technology is real but denies it is being used to program unsuspecting individuals. Probably he has already been programmed — MK Ultra mind controlled.
Pulse Modulated “Silent” Sound
This “Silent” Sound technique electronically mixes a message onto the carrier frequency, which is above human hearing (>20 kHz) and so is “silent” sound. The carrier is electromagnetically modulated with the audio message, like in the case of a radio transmitter, before being transmitted through the air.
As is demonstrated in the video below, the modulated carrier is used to drive high frequency audio actuators and then the modulated signal is transmitted as an acoustic wave, a sound wave at a frequency too high for human hearing. In the demonstration that was at 65 kHz.
The receiver now is the human brain not the ear. The ear cannot respond at such an high audio frequency but the brain can demodulate the signal from the carrier and the message is received.
The fact is that these V2K technologies exist and are openly demonstrated. The fiction is that covert deep-state operatives would not use established non-lethal weaponry like this.
What is interesting to me that there is another truth here. God Himself spoke in a similar way, to Adam, Moses, Samuel and other believers, long before humans developed this technology.
Some critics might say the patriarchs were hearing voices and needed to see a doctor.

Even the dead will hear God’s voice in their heads; that is, those that do hear will live eternally.

If you are chosen of God to know His will then you will hear His voice.

Are you hearing voices in your head? Then test the spirits!
If those voices are telling you to harm others, then they are demonic and/ or from the evil deep-state operatives.
But if hear a voice calling you to Jesus Christ, that voice is from God.
This is how God called the prophet Jeremiah.

The prophets heard God’s voice in their skulls, but it was the voice of the living God. Satanic operatives only have a weak man-made imitation of the real thing. Let’s not be fooled by the evil that does exist and deny that Satan could use such device for his purposes.
