South Africa has filed a case against Israel in the International Court of Justice, accusing it of genocide in Gaza. The 84 page document offers an absolutely terrifying and overwhelming case against Israel’s actions. In the YouTube video below Owen Jones takes us through that document – and why it is one of the most important documents written in our time, and why everyone needs to know what it says – before it’s too late.
You should listen to the whole report that details much of the genocide claims made by South Africa with over 500 footnotes to back up those claims.
To be clear, I do not support Islam or Hamas terrorists, nor do I support Judaism or Jewish terrorists. I support human rights and the right of innocent people, women and children, to not be murdered and wiped off the face of the Earth.
Update 28/1/24 The International Court of Justice has ruled

South Africa won the case at the International Court of Justice, and Israel is an officially genocidal state according to the world’s highest court of justice.
Israeli National Security Minister on the ICJ:
“The anti-semitic Hague tribunal’s decision proves […] [it] doesn’t seek justice, but the persecution of the Jewish people.”
It is anti-semitic to rule against Israel
