Again failed predictions of the global warming alarmists are quietly deleted or rewritten to fit reality. They hope the public doesn’t notice. Reminds me of Orwell’s 1984.

Officials at Glacier National Park (GNP) have begun quietly removing and altering signs and government literature which told visitors that the Park’s glaciers were all expected to disappear by either 2020 or 2030.

The centerpiece of the visitor center at St. Mary near the east boundary is a large three-dimensional diorama showing lights going out as the glaciers disappear. Visitors press a button to see the diorama lit up like a Christmas tree in 1850, then showing fewer and fewer lights until the diorama goes completely dark. As recently as September 2018 the diorama displayed a sign saying GNP’s glaciers were expected to disappear completely by 2020.

The glaciers are not disappearing as expected because the models are wrong. In fact, worldwide some glaciers are reducing but many more are growing.

So those who rely on a false belief system will never get it right. The Creator is superintending the planet He created for us and He will preserve it until it comes to the time when He refurbishes it, creating a new Heaven and a new Earth.

One response to “Glacier National Park Quietly Removes Its “Gone By 2020” Signs”

  1. I sent the following inquiry to the visitor information office today:

“I have been hoping to visit Glacier National Park for several years with my family, but never made it. You’ve been forecasting that the glaciers will be gone by the year 2020 (e.g. the display in the St. Mary visitor center as seen in 2017: ). Are there any glaciers left to see, or is it too late now? We’d hate to make the trip from Florida for nothing. Thanks.”
