WA couple refuses to take PCR test…this is what happened

A couple, Samuel and Deanna, from Western Australia recently returned from a trip to Queensland. On there arrival back in Perth they were told that they have to take a PCR test for the China virus. They are not sick and at the time this interview was recorded they have been home quarantining for 24 days. They don’t have the alleged disease. Why then do the gestapo … I mean police insist that they need to take the COVID PCR test?

Watch this video and see how they are being treated. It is as if they are treated not as humans but as just cattle.

Update 7/2/21 RDA reported on their website “If you’re wondering what’s happening with Samuel and Deanna…no one has showed up to their house or called them even though it’s 24 hours past the ‘8 day limit to comply’. I’ll update you when/if anything happens.”

This really smacks of a totalitarian police state. Deanna’s suspicion is that there is something more to that test. She may be right. Even if it is just the PCR test, it is a dangerous medical procedure where they stuff a 6 inch long probe up your sinus cavity to near your brain. I wouldn’t even trust a trained medical specialist to do that on me.

Then there is the problem of the extremely high percentage of false positives from the PCR test when the number of cycles is greater than 35. I don’t know how many cycles they use in Western Australia but the US has been doing 40 or more. With that many almost anyone could be found to be positive, that is, a false positive. It is totally bogus.

Then there is the problem of performing a medical procedure without the patient’s consent. After World War II the Nuremberg code established that the patient’s consent was absolutely essential. Else it is the just same thing that the Nazi doctors were doing to the poor Jews in the concentration camps. So as she rightly explains, if we let them treat us as guinea pigs without choice now, then they will come with the dangerous DNA altering experimental medical agents next.

Deanna’s concerns might also go to the possibility that they could either be harvesting our DNA without consent or even more sinister is the issue of using a microscopic medical device on the tip of the cotton swab to administer some sort of agent, even a vaccine, without the patient’s knowledge or consent.

Western Australia’s Public Health Act 2016 does empower the health department with extraordinary powers that are against natural justice. At the direction of the Chief Health Officer they can enter your house without warrant and can forcibly remove your underwear and give you a vaccine or any other medical procedure, provided that a health emergency has been declared, which it has been.

The following is from pages 56, 57 of the WA 2016 Public Health Act (emphases are mine)

  1. Enforcement of test orders
    (1) An authorised officer may enforce a test order.
    (2) For the purposes of enforcing a test order, an authorised officer
may request the assistance of a police officer.
    (3) An authorised officer or police officer may use reasonable force
to enforce a test order, including, if necessary —
    (a) to apprehend the person to be tested under the order (the relevant person) and detain the relevant person for as long as is reasonably necessary to enable the test order to be carried out; and
    (b) to take the relevant person to the place where the test order is to be carried out; and
    (c) to restrain the relevant person to enable the sample that is the subject of the test order to be obtained or taken in accordance with section 110; and
    (d) to remove anything (including underwear) that the relevant person is wearing, if —
    (i) the removal of the thing is reasonably necessary to enable the sample that is the subject of the test order to be obtained or taken; and
(ii) the relevant person is given a reasonable opportunity to remove the thing himself or herself, and refuses or fails to do so.

(4) Without limiting subsection (3), the force that an authorised officer or police officer may use to enforce a test order includes any force that it is reasonably necessary to use in the circumstances to overcome any resistance to the enforcement of the test order (including the obtaining or taking of the sample that is the subject of the order) that is offered by the relevant person, or that the authorised officer or police officer reasonably
suspects will be offered by the relevant person.
(5) If any action taken under subsection (3) involves the removal of an item of clothing —
(a) it must be done with decency and sensitivity and in a manner that gives to the relevant person the degree of privacy and dignity that is consistent with carrying out the test order; and
(b) the authorised officer or police officer taking the action and any other person present while it is done (excluding the person who is obtaining or taking the sample that is the subject of the test order) must, if practicable, be of the same gender as the relevant person; and
(c) the number of people present while it is done (excluding a person who is present under paragraph (d)) must be no more than is reasonably necessary to ensure that the test order is carried out effectively and to ensure the safety of all present; and
(d) if the relevant person is a protected person, it must, if practicable, be done in the presence of a responsible person or some other person who can provide the protected person with support and represent his or her
interests.

My Conclusion

This is an absolutely horrendous law. Total denial of civil liberties that our Diggers fought several world wars to maintain. How did such awful laws ever pass the legislature?

Now we may no longer consider George Orwell’s book 1984 fiction. Welcome to the reality of totalitarian government under a socialist dictatorship. And the sad part is that most of the Western Australian sheeple want it that way. It is all to keep them safe, because they are afraid of one of millions of viruses that we encounter all the time. The truth is that they are afraid of death. Satan has them running scared.

Men fear death as children fear the dark. This is generally true, but it should not apply to Christians. Death was once a curse, but to the believer in Christ, it is now a blessing. It was a loss, it is now a gain. Dying we gain our freedom from every foe, trial, and trouble, and obtain possession of blessings without number.

One reply on “WA couple refuses to take PCR test…this is what happened”

How fortunate that this bill was passed in 2016 – just in time to allow the government to protect its vunerable subjects…
Nothing to see here.
