In the news recently we read a lot about the American evangelical churches and their pastors in support of the nation of Israel in their war against “radical Islam” in Palestine. From the evangelical Christian Zionist cult perspective it is because they believe, according to the Scofield Bible footnotes, that once Israel rebuilds the 3rd temple and institutes animal sacrifice for sin then there will be the Great Tribulation in Israel where a third of Israeli Jews are killed and that causes Jesus Christ to return and save the rest. The Christian Zionists have been hoodwinked into believing that there is great respect between Jews and Christians, but history tells us that that is simply not true.

The following I quote JD @LostMyHats on X.com.

A great deal of the Israeli propaganda targeting American evangelicals is the claim that there’s deep friendship and admiration between our two religions. Moreover, we’re told that this treasured interfaith partnership is built on mutual respect and is necessary to defeat the dangers of Islam.

Of course, we know from history this isn’t so, as the two faiths have treated each other with utmost hostility up until the invention of Dispensational Zionism in 1821, and the propagation of that novel theology around the world a century later, thanks to the Scofield Bible (which was owned by Oxford, the hotbed of British Zionism, and not by Scofield).

But there’s another fact you likely didn’t know if you’ve been inundated with Israeli propaganda from the pulpit or your Sunday School literature (likely funded by any of one of the many fake ministries run by Israeli government agencies to foster evangelical support for Israel, like the CUFI, FIRM, Friends of Zion, Faith by Works, etc).

Did you know that Talmudic Judaism actually teaches that Islam is significantly more acceptable to their god than Christianity? Did you know that authoritative Talmudic teaching and tradition provides special treatment for Muslims that is explicitly forbidden to Christians? It’s true! The Talmudic contempt for Christianity and appreciation for Islam is actually written into Jewish sacred commentary and teaching.

FACT 1. Classical Rabbinic Jewish law permits Jews to enter mosques because of their similarity between the two faiths. But it forbids Jews from entering churches. Rabbinic teaching classifies Mosques as houses of worship, but churches as houses of sin (a teaching by Rabbi Moses ben Maimon, 1138-1204, arguably the most authoritative Jewish teacher in history).

FACT 2. This Jewish teaching, referenced above, explicitly rules that Islam is NOT idolatry but that Christianity is. This stems from the Talmudic claim that Christianity isn’t monotheistic, but Islam is and therefore, closer to Judaism.

FACT 3. In Rabbinic law, oaths sworn by Muslims were considered trustworthy in court, but oaths sworn by Christians were not (because they might invoke Jesus). This distinction appears repeatedly in halakhic discussions rooted in the Talmud.

FACT 4. Rabbinic Judaism categorizes Islam as valid “Noahide monotheism” for Gentiles. In other words, it’s acceptable to them that Gentiles be Muslim. However, Christianity is classified as “shittuf,” a designation of heresy. In Jewish theology, being a Christian is considered worse than denying Scripture.

FACT 5. Jewish law allowed commercial activity connected to mosques but often restricted commerce tied to churches, because benefiting idolatry was forbidden.

FACT 6. Business with Christians required theological “workarounds” in Jewish law. With Muslims, it did not. So, to justify normal relations with Christians (lending them money, for example), later rabbis had to invent exceptions, mitigations, or technical allowances for shittuf. No such workarounds were needed for Islam. Islam was already kosher (so to speak, lol).

FACT 7. Even Jewish polemical literature reflects this hierarchy. Rabbis argued fiercely against Islam, but reserved their sharpest theological attacks for Christianity, which they saw as immeasurably worse for teaching that God took on flesh.

FACT 8. Before the late 19th century, Jews and Muslims in Palestine generally coexisted without mass violence. While they were being expelled in European nations for being nuisances, Jewish communities existed in Muslim nations for centuries. Conflicts were local and sporadic, not civilizational or genocidal. They got along well, much better than with Christians.

FACT 9. The writings of Theodore Herzyl (the founder of political Zionism) repeatedly shows his affinity for Muslims and he claimed that Jews and Muslims needed to band together as “brothers” to resist Christian influence.

You see, despite what you’ve been told at church by your pastor right after he got back from his Israeli state-sponsored tour, both history and Talmudic teachings demonstrate the claim that Islam is “the natural enemy of the Jews” to be fabricated almost entirely.

Throughout history, Rabbinical Jews have almost always gotten along well with Muslims, but have considered Christians to be their true enemy. History demonstrates a deep, abiding hostility toward Christians, with Muslim-friendly, Christian-hostile teachings found embedded deep in Jewish tradition.

And if you think their contempt for Christians runs deep, you’re going to be shocked at their treatment of the Karaite Jews, the 1% of Jews worldwide who reject the Talmud. More on that next time.

Note: Soon the Australian government will pass new draconian “hate speech” laws that will make criticism of Israel illegal. Once I see the text of the new law I will know what I can write going forward, but I will need to stop writing posts like these until I know for sure. Of course this will be the death of any free speech, of any political speech that the government does not like.

  2. Hi, this is no surprise to me. Talmud is false of course. My support for Israel is because the Scripture is clear that God has not abolished the physical descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and the land promised to them. The Church has not replaced physical Israel! Jesus is still King of the Jews, and will reign from a literal rebuilt Jerusalem for a thousand years on earth, while the nations pay homage. The Church was grafted into Israel, not replaced. God still has Jews who are Christians since the 1st century, a remnant, a minority, as always been the case compared to the rest of the world. Anyway, have you come across information that Islam actually started out as a religion from unitarian Christians? Muhammad, a title most likely referred to Jesus, meaning the blessed one, since the earliest coins show the word “Mhmd” and crosses on it. Allah is just a title, not a name for God. And the passages in the Quran that didn’t make sense to scholars were found to be copied from Syriac Christian poetry, along with other writings in the Quran borrowed from Christian writings, when you introduce the vowels into the earliest manuscripts.

With all respect to your opinion, I disagree. There is only one true Israel of God. All those who are spiritual Jews in Christ, those in the Vine, there is no other category.

I have not heard of that and I would not believe it. The Islamic writings were not written down until more than 100 years after Muhammad’s death. It is therefore more likely a very confused chaotic construct of various authors.

      >>Allah is just a title, not a name for God.

The sources I’ve read have all said it is the generic Arabic word for God, and derived from the Moon god.

It definitely is from OT writings; the similarities are striking. Maybe some from NT also. But confused and jumbled.
